Using Telemetry and Metrics for Workload Analysis in Open-Source Cloud Tools [CLD007]

By making effective use of telemetry, organizations can improve key performance indicators and can generate insights on how efficiently infrastructure is being used. This session will showcase a new open-source community for performance analysis tools for developers and users. The goal of the community is to reduce the barrier for entry for developing and using cloud-based telemetry tools and collectors. We will debut a set of SoC level hardware performance metrics as well as best practices for collection and analysis of Intel perfmon events and metrics.
